Good insight on the whole signaling the end of the build process thing. It needs to be emphasized that traditions between you and your body/mind are important to actually coexisting with them. Nobody tells you you have to make it obvious for your body that things are done with a job or project. If nobody tells it it really will just keep running hot until it can't anymore.
